WARRANTY

NKODA Europe warrants its Paint Protection Film against discoloration, fading, cracking, or the formation of air bubbles. This warranty is non-transferable and remains valid as long as the installation process is performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended procedures. The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective material.

The warranty does not cover defects, including but not limited to, peeling of the film, air bubbles during installation, or improper fitment unless explicitly stated. This warranty does not apply to product damage caused by incorrect application, accidental misuse, negligence, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances, or direct impact with road debris.

If the NKODA Europe Paint Protection Film fails to meet the warranty conditions during the coverage period, the purchaser may have it replaced at any location all over Europe where NKODA Europe Paint Protection Film installation is available. NKODA Europe’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective film, and liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the film. Proof of purchase will be required by an authorized installer to process any warranty claims.

Exclusivity:
This warranty is exclusive and replaces any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. All other warranties, except those stated above, are expressly excluded.

The above warranty constitutes the sole and entire warranty provided by NKODA Europe, and no waiver, alteration, addition, or modification of these terms shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of NKODA Europe.

Limitations:
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or restrictions on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Except where prohibited by law, NKODA Europe and its authorized installers shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary depending on your location. The product should be used in compliance with applicable national and regional regulations. Installing this product in a manner that violates the law or affects the vehicle's functionality is considered improper use and voids all warranty rights.

NOTICE:
This warranty does not apply to vehicles used on racetracks, in fleets, courier services, delivery companies, rental businesses, or other commercial or for-profit services.

*NKODA’s IMPACT SERIES - PRO and PRO WIDE are exclusively covered by a lifetime warranty. Warranty periods for other NKODA Europe products are listed in the documentation. All warranties are non-transferable.
