Terms and Conditions of Sale at NKODA Europe Online Store

§1 General Provisions

2. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding and performing sales contracts for products.
3. A customer of the store may be a natural person of legal age, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality.

§2 Products and Prices

1. All prices in the store are gross prices (including VAT) and expressed in Polish zloty (PLN), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. The price of the product displayed at the time of placing an order is binding for the Customer.
3. The store reserves the right to change prices, introduce new products, and carry out promotions, which do not affect orders placed before such changes.

§3 Placing Orders

1. Orders may be placed via the online store (shopping cart system).
2. Placing an order requires the Customer to provide true contact and address details.
3. The Customer is required to accept these Terms and Conditions when placing an order.

§4 Payments

1. The store provides the following payment methods:
   • traditional bank transfer,
   • online payments (Przelewy24),
   • other methods indicated during the checkout process.
2. For online payments, order processing starts after the store receives payment confirmation.

§5 Delivery

1. Products are delivered within Poland (and to other EU countries if offered by the store).
2. Orders are delivered by courier services or other carriers indicated during checkout.
3. Delivery costs are provided in each case during the order process.
4. Order processing time: Orders are processed immediately after payment is confirmed. The standard processing time is 1–3 business days. For custom-cut or made-to-order products, processing time may take up to 5 business days. Any delays will be communicated to the customer by email or phone.

§6 Right of Withdrawal

1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the store by e-mail (zamowienia@nkodaeurope.com) and return the goods to the company’s registered address.
3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
4. A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

§7 Complaints

1. The store is liable for physical and legal defects of products in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to: reklamacje@nkodaeurope.com.
3. A complaint should include: Customer details, a description of the defect, and proof of purchase.
4. The store will respond to a complaint within 14 days.

§8 Personal Data Protection

1. The administrator of personal data is NKODA EUROPE Sp. z o.o.
2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in accordance with the Store’s Privacy Policy.
3. The Customer has the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data.

§9 Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are available at https://nkodaeurope.com.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. The store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, but such changes do not affect orders placed prior to the amendments.
